Performing Edge Chiropractic Fee Schedule
Initial visit will cost $165.00 which includes a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Gary Schaaf, initial exam which includes a spinal evaluation with the Pulstar, necessary x-rays and report of findings. Follow up office visits will be $55.00.
We do not accept Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Medicaid and we are non-participating providers with Medicare.

We are a fee for service practice. We accept cash, check, credit card, H.S.A. We do not bill insurance or provide insurance codes for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. This allows us to deliver the care that you need at the most affordable cost as we have done since 1961.
